Just want to verify that you do not have to resolve the Train Dream and can keep on moving through the map.

Perfect, makes Horizon all that much nicer :D
The Wisdom card states:
"Whenever you are in a Train Station Location on the Dreamworld Map, you may resolve the Train Dream..."
So, of course, you may continue traveling through the Dreamworld map and ignore this rule.
