So we failed a dream (I-15) by running out of time, and had to change the season to season of watchers. Reading the card, it says dreamers can't gain keys on the dreamworld map except in Pandemonium. At the moment, we only have suburbia and metropolis cards in the dreamworld, so where is Pandemonium?

Yes, if you've got Pandemonium, the season should change to Season of Watchers. You'll still be able to pick keys up there, which was the issue if you didn't have Pandemonium, you could only get keys from Slumbers, which was VERY difficult.
Remember, shortcuts aren't mandatory, sometimes doing slumbers is beneficial, as you can get Ether and purchase cards to make yourself stronger. Yes, it takes longer, but it's much better in the long run! By ignoring shortcuts, you can get keys without having to add flaws to your deck.
