When setting up the board you're instructed to shuffle the flaw & fate decks, but this is not mentioned when starting the campaign.
What about the turn deck? You are supposed to shuffle it before starting a dream: does this include the tutorial dream (I guess so, but I'd like to be certain).
Finally, are influence decks shuffled before the first dream, or should they keep their original order?

> You don't have to, because they are not relevant to the Dream tutorial.
At the end of the tutorial you will be resolving a special card (Awakening Wisdom card), which will then order you to shuffle these decks.

> You shuffle this deck when the rules (or any particular card just being resolved) instruct you to shuffle it.
When the campaign starts, in order to resolve the Dreamgate tile of the first Dream (tutorial), you must e.g.:
- resolve Setup,
- create a Turn deck for this Dream,
- and read the Introduction script (450).
So when creating a Turn deck for this Dream, you use the Turn Deck rules (from page 10 of the manual):
"Every Slumber / Dream played in the Dreamscape lasts a number of Turns indicated in its Setup. Shuffle all Turn cards, draw the defined number of Turn cards at random, and place them face-up on the Turn deck slot. Place the remaining Turn cards face-down in the Turn discard pile. Each Turn, a new card is revealed. When you run out of Turn cards, the Slumber / Dream ends.
So as you write - you shuffle this deck also in this case."
Finally, are influence decks shuffled before the first dream, or should they keep their original order?
> You shuffle these cards the first time you run out of cards in your Influence deck (they will all be either discarded, Sealed, in your hand, or in your Progress zone). You will then shuffle all the cards in your Discard pile and re-create your Influence deck.
However, if you shuffled your Influence deck before starting the campaign, nothing bad will happen. But it is important to only shuffle them in the future when the rules (or the card just being resolved) require it.
