First slumber entity can't spawn?

I'm probably confused on how it works, but moving on the dreamworld board we drew a fate having is add a slumber card to the board. This card had a blue player spawn but not and entity red spawn. The next slumber card we drew was the wraith which initiated a slumber. However with the one tile don't have a spawn for the entity correct? What happens?
