Hi, ok think I have been playing this wrong. I have a mask that increased my hand size limit by 2 to 8 then a progress card that increases 1 more.
If I exhaust my hand am I only allowed to draw 4 cards or do I take back up to 9?

Hi! During the Draw Step, you always draw up to 4 cards. There are some effects that allow you to draw up to your hand size limit, but they aren't common.
