Hey!
As I drew my first quirk card ("Strange Hood"), I saw that it had a "Special effect" without range requirements.
Does that mean that it applies on the whole map? For all dreamers? Or only if the dreamer is on the "indicated Quirk space"?
As it isn't detailled, I assume it applies whereever the dreamers are and the "space" is only used to contact or assualt the "Strange hood". Is that right?
