There is a Fate card III-47 H and an Item card III-47 G that I believe are not mentioned anywhere in the scripts of this dream (I've cheated and checked after completing the dream). Am I missing something or is there indeed something missing from the scriptbook? Are there missing scripts for these cards?

You are right that those cards are missing from the Scriptbook. Card III-47 G should be gained in script H347 and card III-47 H should be gained in script H303.
Yes, you are right abouth these 2 cards. I've cheated too and went through the whole scriptbook after finishing the campaign and there are some other cards also not mentioned anywhere in the book. I mentioned 1 of them in the post below, and if I remember correctly, there are others in the "Drowsy Carnival" and "Soulless Park" dreams.
