If you add an overlay card to the Efforts Container tile, is the border of the tile changed - does the Constible still relocate or does it end up stuck in that tile?
Your probably houseruled this and past this dream sins its a couple of months ago but for the rest .
Constable says points towards the border of a TILE => relocate.
The overlays are cards so yes he moves to the next tile.
