I don't understand that entry.

What is it supposed to mean?

I don't understand the non-italic text. The "As you can on that card, ..." part seems weird. Is the sentence correct?

Anyway, it seems there is something to be found on the bride card, but I couldn't figure out anything.

Is there some extra hint available?

i think i can see something in the blue light on the bridge though. the lines and stops of it are too linear and sharp and seem to make numbers.....

This script only points out that 3 spaces that previously had Water icon - now do not have it, so you can walk on them normally.
