I have stared at these dreamscape tiles far too long.
And I also managed to clear all webs in a desperate bid to make this world better.
I still can't figure out how to unlock the tile and show hidden
hope.

Stuck! can anyone help? I got hidden hope out and have done ALL map actions I can reach. What’s hidden in plain sight I cannot see?

You need to have found the following cards:
Faith
Little Things
Here and Now
Calmness
There is a quarter of a clockface on each of the cards. Once arranged appropriately, you can apply the Special Rules of the dream (outlined on the dream card). This gets you Hidden Hope.
