what are we supposed to do if a blue Morphing effects comes into play from a turn card and there’s no purple spawn point for the Tormentor?

> Spawn point is located on the Y Exploration tile. It is usually placed on Dreamscape (this is where Butcher spawns there), but in fact there are rare occasions when Y tile is not placed in Dreamscape (then Butcher does not spawns despite resolving the Morphing Step).

You should place the X Exploration tile in such a way that it connects with the tile you are standing on - and place Dreamers there.
Then, you place the remaining Exporation tiles according to the Explorations rules.
Then, you travel further (using the Exploration rules) to reach a new Z tile (with 2 lights) located on A4.

But remember that when you take an Exploration tile to your hand (according to the Exploration rules), you have to place it in another place right away (also according to the Exploration rules). So usually the tile with Spawn point is displayed in Dreamscape.
