To spawn or not to spawn (when there is no spawn icon)

Hi,

After moving to the Z tile all exploration cards are no longer on the dreamscape so there's no spawn icon. As turn ends and there's a morphing effect I'm instructed to spawn a butcher. Should I omit this spawn or place this entity somewhere on the Z tile?
