What is meant by “any range” from the Help Wisdom card? Does it mean any dreamer in any range regardless amount of spaces (as long as it is not blocked), or do the dreamers have to be within 1 basic range? (0 or 1).

Is there a space on the board where u put wisdom cards, or are they in storage or out next to the game. I'm a little confused by them.
In this case - they must help BEFORE rolling the die.
The Boosting your Intent rule still applies:
The Luck die is always used as the last source of adding Intent to the action – after rolling the die, you can’t add any more Intent to this action.
Can we make use of the Help Wisdom card after we failed for the boosing your intent option?
For example, I need 6 red intent, I choose to discard 5 red intent from my intent cards in hand, I try this turn to boost my intent rolling the luck die...suppose we fail (after or no rerolls), can you complete the last missing intent from the other dreamer who uses the Help Wispdom card or the other dreamers have to address this before boosting your intent with the luck die?
