After beating the tutorial, we are told to retrieve four Secret Tiles called II-36A. The problem is, the layout of the tiles doesn't make a lot of sense -- three of the tiles (the ones marked A2, B2, and B3) are connected, and the fourth (marked C4) is not. It is physically impossible for any player to get to anything on the C4 tile. Is this correct, or did we do something wrong?

The starting text on the couple Quirk cards I've seen so far have said this, "Draw and place 1 Dreamscape Slumber tile." You're supposed to draw a slumber tile at this point and then check to see if there is space on the Dreamscape for a Quirk card.
1. Are we suppose to lay out all 4 of these tiles after the tutorial? I thought just the starting 2 tiles?
